Our recommendation in the first instance is to communicate with us , here at Ancestry Central before placing your order. That way we can give you a clear expectation of the cost of the work involved.
In every case we will not start work until payment has been made and cleared funds are in our bank account.
For Hourly Work, the minimum number of hours applicable is 2 hours.
Hourly rates reflect the expectation that Ancestry Central will become more familiar with the research subjects and the work possibly a little easier. Additionally some preparation work is involved at the onset, which is included in the initial rates.
General Register Office Certificates
It is the assumption that the client will provide the necessary details plus Volume and Page reference information and the Parish of Registration of each live event involved.
Presentation Pack
Includes : Research of the Family Lines of Two Relatives where information is available, up to 10 Certificates of either Birth, Marriage or Death ( England and Wales Only), 6 Certificates * Scotland and Ireland). Certificates from other countries not included.
Presentation pack includes: Census Information and Certificates (see above), Narrative where applicable and a family tree document suitable for display purposes.
Final product professionally presented in suitable housing where available.
The Epic Package
The price includes up to 15 birth marriage or death Certificates, (England and Wales Only), 9 Certificates * Scotland and Ireland). Certificates from other countries not included.
All costs incurred in searching and copying Parish Records, Census and Other Documents
The final work will be submitted to you in the form of our Presentation Pack (As Above) together with photocopies or transcripts of your family records, birth, marriage or death certificates and any other documents and information uncovered about your family with the option to also provide the information in a Gedcom or PAF file format.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time, and with out notice in order that they may comply with changes in legislation.
These terms and conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and the Client submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in connection with all disputes, claims or actions arising out of or in connection therewith.
